Money reaches the clinic 45 days after submission, and Qori's fee is charged on money collected, so a clinic signed in month 1 produces almost nothing until month 3. The ramp spreads that in evenly.

Where the market numbers come from

Dubai spent AED 5,398 million on ambulatory care providers (primary health centres and clinics) in 2023, 24% of AED 22.2 billion total health spending. DHA, Health Accounts System of Dubai 2023. Total spending rose 10% to AED 24.55 billion in 2024 (HASD 2024, via Gulf News). The AED 6,300 million default carries the clinic share forward at that pace to 2025; it is an estimate.
In 2023, insurance financed 48% of Dubai health spending, government schemes 39% and households 13% out of pocket. Government schemes mostly pay government facilities, so the insured share of a private clinic's billings is set higher than 48%; 75% is the assumption.
Dubai's health insurance network had 3,936 healthcare providers, 43 insurers and 16 claims-management companies in 2025, with 49.6 million claims. DHA, January 2026. Providers include hospitals, pharmacies and labs; 2,400 is our estimate of the clinics and medical centres among them.
